Recently I have begun getting the following error messages:
eQSL.cc Sync QSLs: no matching QSO within 0 minute time window; closest match: 2025-09-22 14:06:15 2025-09-22 14:07 DK5RL 12M FT8 -07

For example, on the QSO with DK5RL, above, he lopgged the QSO as 14:07 while I logged it at 14:06:15. That is a match. Where did the 0 minute time window come from? I don't know where to change that to something more reasonable.
