I am a gold member and receive $2 a month to my postage account. However, it goes into the wrong account every month. You see, my first call sign was N8SWQ. About 8 years ago, I changed my call to W8USR with the vanity program.

When I signed up for eQSL, I used my current call sign (W8USR). Then after paying the $200 for gold membership, I added my N8SWQ account. That way I could upload my entire log including the old contacts made with my N8SWQ call.

I don't make any calls using my old call sign today. I only use my current call. So, for the most part any new cards I get are addressed to W8USR.

The old N8SWQ account keeps getting credited with the $2 a month and has a postage balance of over $27 right now. but I can't use it because my W8USR account shows a negative $6 balance.

How can I get the $2 a month to go to my W8USR account so I can order some cards? Is there a way to transfer the $27 from the obsolete N8SWQ account to my current W8USR account?

I wrote for support a couple months ago and again last night. but, I never received a reply regarding the issue. So, I came here hoping that someone may have an answer.
