Hi Giorgio, we are waiting for an award on VHF, UHF and (or) SHF activity for a loooooong time Nothing happend apart from some promises.... So most of the european VHF/UHF/SHF dx'ers decided not to send log entry's to eqsl anymore but i still do because i am still hoping someday the minds will change and some attention to the VHF operators will follow. vy 73, jochen df1vb DF1VB Jochen Althoff

A VHF certificate/award would be great! Is 6m (50mhz) considered HF or VHF? Some times it acts like both. In my opinion, it is VHF. Andy - n1ork

Looks like people want this, and have been asking for it, for a long time. Is it that difficult to do? I run a number of websites and manage online databases, and it seems that it would be a simple duplication of one of the other awards and a bit of editing. Anyway, please do get this done. ARRL can't seem to get it done, either. With all the hype about electronic QSLing, I still get way more done with paper. One would think it to not be that way, in this day of internet operations. Paper QSL's are nice to collect, I can see why people still go that way but now that I have several shoe boxes full of them I'd rather do it electronically.

Good afternoon, I have just posted on another thread.
Now that 4 meters is fast being allowed in Many DXCC why is there no mention of the band for award purposes.
