I do not understand, why some members don't want to use this service. I am not registered via national bureau and eQSL service is veru usefull for me. I prefere to make QSO's with Hams which are registered here too. So my question to some other members is as follows: Why have you registered here and than would not use it?

I guess that's the million Euro question. Maybe they lost thier internet connection, or forgot they joined, or stopped using the service and forgot to cancel their accounts. The only thing I can suggest is to send them emails asking them to upload their logs and become active again. This is a great service and I'm surprised more Hams aren't using it.
