Hi,

I am sure that many users have unconfirmed EQSL that have been
retrieved and forgotten in the archive box.

I wish there were one more filter for the archive box : confirmed/unconfirmed
so that people could see their unconfirmed EQSLs and decide to CONFIRM
or REJECT...

Anyway, it is ABNORMAL that a qsl goes directly from the inbox to the archive without
any decision being taken : confirmed/rejected

Guy,
You must get many eQSLs in your inbox. I agree that another filter would be nice to see which QSOs have been confirmed, but do you really get that many new QSOs that are not confirmed? I usually upload my QSO contacts soon after they are made and the only new Inbox eQSLs are confirmations from what I have uploaded. So far I have only 3 rejects and I don't confirm a QSO unless it is in my electronic log. I only have 1571 QSOs in my Outbox for this call (n1ork), so maybe that is the difference. Because I don't upload so many QSOs, the most I have ever seen in my InBox at one time was 5. And I was so happy to get them, that I displayed and then archived them right away.
I agree that it is wrong that an eQSL goes directly to the archive after being viewed without letting you confirm it. I have never experienced that, since 99.9% of my eQSLs in my InBox only appear with an Archive check box.
73 and Good Luck!

Andy,

I personally don't have unconfirmed qsos in my archive and it would be awkward to search
among 1100 qsl. First, I can't view them all, I have to set a filter before, anyway.
I have only 8500 qsos in my outbox, I'm no longer a contester......

It was not so much about me but I can tell you that I have sent a number of qsl that have been
retrieved without being confirmed for me (or rejected, why not ?...)
I have sent a certain number of Emails to ask my correspondents to go to their archive,
find my qso and CONFIRM it.

I also upload all my qsos the same day,it's almost automatic now. When I am in digi modes with MIXW, I upload on the fly

I uploaded the major part of my logs since 1974, but not everything because I have moved and lost my VHF/UHF qsos, Meteor scatter, contests.....

Believe me, if you had > 10 000 eqsls in your archive, you would appreciate a more elaborate filter (for the archive box, not the inbox !!!!)

Hi Guy, i agree your idea.

IMHO would a nice feature if, at logon, eqsl ask me if i want confirm or reject eqsl in my inbox, if i don't do anything i'm not able to navigate on the site! :)
