I have a QSL that came in today, I viewed and moved to archive. A copy is in the archive, but it is still in the inbox. I've tried to move it to archives several times, but it won't move.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Thanks,
Dave WB4IUY

Hi Dave ,

when I move my cards into the archive, the inbox page reloads but always shows me the same cards i just moved . That is normal at least at my end BUT as soon as you go to a different page and then return again to the inbox , the inbox page is empty .
So inbox page does not clear up simply by moving them into the archive , unfortunately .
Already many were confused by this .

This was copied from the Yahoo User Group OnlineQSL:

"The webmaster has installed a cache system as an experiment. We all have
some delay in what you describe but it should not be a day. Maybe 30 minutes or
so but that's all.

Hope this helps.

Very frustrating and no doubt multiplies the load on the system as users - like me - keep resubmitting the request to move into archives and then re-list only to find the Qs are still showing.

At minimum when the action has been cached a notice should be returned or pop-up to inform the user of the temporary action.
