I have read just about everything that I can about this topic but when I try to setup an account for portable operations I keep getting the message about a conflict of the dates. I don't want to mess up my primary account dates just to post a few portable contacts. Is there anyway around this. It doesn't make any sense to put an end date on your primary account prior to your portable operations and then have to 'restart' that account again. Any help?

Jeffery, How did you set up your portable account? Did you use the same call or did you use a /P after your call? You may need to set up a new account for each /P location if they are in dfferent grid sqares, counties or states. I use my /P account (n1ork/p) only when I operate from my NH camp in fn43. As long as you use the nx9b/p account and attach it to your nx9b account you should be able to use coinsiding dates. Hope this helps. 73 Andy - n1ork
