I suggest you look at wsprnet.org...... That is the "official"site for this program.

Start receiving first, preferably on 30mtr. That will give you an idea how it works. And ... no QSO's are made in this mode! it is a propagation measument tool.

I have a lot of fun with it to be honest, but I still have figure out why I cannot transmit at the moment.
