This problem is probably caused by KD6IL having an incorrect Callsign/QTH ENDing date set to 12/31/2010, which was the system's default value until recently.
Normally, You may open an email window to your QSO partner by going to your OutBox/InBox/Archive Box and clicking on the underlined callsign of your QSO partner.
I am not certain that this will work with the KD6IL, but give it a try. Ask KD6IL to reset his ENDing date at his MyProfile screen page.
