Support - English speaking » slow downloads Sep 26, 2024 01:27 AM (Total replies: 0)

Hello I have a pretty fast cable internet service 500-600GBS downloads but I am constantly experiencing slow
downloads from only eQSL and the later in the day the worse it gets. Just completed a download and it two times of hitting the download button. This has been going on for several months now. My logging software is HRD .327 the latest release. I do not have problems with any other download sites nor accessing any web sites I do not have trouble uploading to eQSL only downloading. I can download from LOTW very quickly. Thanks 73 Morris WA4MIT

I have a eqsl match that is one hour difference in time from my log entry. I thought 15 or 30 minutes was the normal limit? This showed up in my HRD log as not matching. Thanks Morris WA4MIT

Getting the same results here looks like process is proceeding but no results displayed and process is not completing.

Support - English speaking » New/changed callsigns Jun 25, 2018 02:17 PM (Total replies: 1)

Each week I get several eqsl`s from users who have changed callsigns but they change all their old entries to the new callsign. Why not make it so that whenever users want to change their callsign they must enter dates that they can not just change their whole log which appears to be what happens. I just received two eqsl`s today like this. Thanks 73 Morris WA4MIT

OK thanks Dave

OK Dave in that line it is <call:5>, just like I mentioned it appears there is a space after the "c" in WQ1C. I did not realize that is what those numbers represent. I made a screen save of this if you have a email I can send it to.
Thanks 73 Morris WA4MIT

Yes but there appears to be a space following the "c" as in "c <" just comparing that line to the other lines

I may have found something on this problem. I did another download from eQSL with HRD and then when it updates there is a adi type file shown of the data so I did a screen save of this and carefully looked at the WQ1C line of data there appears to be a space after the callsign that does not appear after the other callsigns in this download. I have looked at this QSO in my outbox and there are no spaces in the callsign box.
Could you check this out maybe this came from WQ1C I don`t know but maybe this is what is keeping it from confirming in HRD.
Thanks 73

I know to do all those things, when the downloaded list appears this one QSO has a red X in front of it. I made a screen shot but there does not seem a way to attach here. I will try HRD forum see if anyone there can help. I know I can go in and manually change the eQSL to received but I do not recall having this happen before and it is just this one QSO. Strange.

I have a eQSL confirmed QSO that was uploaded from HRD .377 but when I download with HRD .377 shows unconfirmed red X. I have looked at the data I see nothing wrong. Is this something in HRD or eQSL. Thank you 73 wa4mit

Support - English speaking » Download problem Jun 15, 2015 12:34 PM (Total replies: 0)

In my latest download (HRD) several 6/15/15 confirmed eqsl`s did not show up in download, also doing a download back to first of this month shows no 6th month eqsl`s only prior months. I show previous 6th month confirmed eqsl`s this just started with today`s download. Thanks for a great service 73 wa4mit

Support - English speaking » More than one eQsl per QSO Jun 13, 2014 06:32 PM (Total replies: 1)

Can someone explain why recently I have received more than one eQsl from a few members for one QSO these are confirming since they are only minutes apart. Is there some reason for this?
Thanks Morris WA4MIT

Getting more eQSLs » how do you handle cards like this Jul 2, 2012 12:34 PM (Total replies: 1)

You get a eqsl from an individual who was operating a club station using the club call, or you get a card from someone who was signing portable but the eqsl is not /p. How do you handle these type situations?. I just have a hard time sending a card that is not in the log as that call sign. Thanks
