Trying to renew my Silver subscription of $36 for Silver level using Stripe. When I go to it, it is only going to charge $30. Is there a problem with Stripe amount that someone needs to go change? I'm not going to renew until that gets fixed. Don't want to have to go in later and pay $6 to get caught up. And before you ask, no, I do not want to have a monthly 3$ payment. I have asked this question about getting the silver plus level If I could pay the entire year fee once and seems that they do not understand what I am talking about or don't have an answer. Have noticed that I have been getting the eQSL's that have an "Audio" confirmation of the eQSL. I have search on eQSL and so far I have not been able to find where this can be turned on or off. Can someone help with this? I really like it, but confused as to where to set it up. Thanks Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet

I just found out today that my account was down graded to regular from silver. Not a problem, but it sure would have been nice to have received an email a week or so before my expiration so I could renew before you automatically down graded me. Just a thought. Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet

How about putting in a button that when you are in the awards section will update all your awards?? I know that could take some time. So let it grind away at it after it is clicked and send me an email when it is done. Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet

As of about 15min ago it was working. If uploaded. Had the correct date and time and most of all the file was there. I will keep an eye on it and let you know if I notice any other issues with it. Thanks for looking into this. Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet

Started this thread on 3/29/16. Was told that you are all volunteers and I can appreciate that and that I should send this to the "Help" link for quicker action since you don't regularly browse the forums. I get that too. Did what you requested on 4/1/16. Got a reply stating you were sending this to your web guy. As of this posting, the file still gives me the 404 error and logging programs cannot load it. I understand and appreciate that fact that this is all volunteer work. But when something that so many may rely on isn't working that should push it to the top of your fix list. What is the status of it, because as of 4/3/16 at 1133 UTC it still isn't working. Thanks Bob W8RID Bob Davet

There is something going on with the AG members list. at 12:05 UTC. Loaded HRD. Checked the DX Cluster info. The eQSL AG list had zero entries and was dated 3/31/2016 2:36:43PM. Now I just manually went to the list and I got a "404 file or directory not found" error. Please check this portion of your system. Something seems to be not working as it should. Using HRD for my logging. The DX Cluster is set to automatically upload the current AGMemberList.txt. For several days I have noticed that no eQSL AG members are showing on the DX Cluster. (they do not have a check by them if they use eQSL) I go in and have to manually "update" the list even thought I have it set to auto update when I start up the program. When I manually update it, it load fine. I'm using the same location address to manually update it as the auto function is using. Is your system having problems? I have already gone to HRD with this since it is their program. They have told me that they contacted you in these same forums and your chat system and did not get any responses from you. Please look into this issue. The manual update is a nuisance, but can be dealt with. Please make sure there is no problem on your end. Bob W8RID  W8RID Bob Davet

Why do you not get an email when you are coming up on your anniversary date of your last donation?? I see that you get a notice when you log on but I'm not always logging into eQsl every day. I really like how you have each individual award broke out and the information provided as to how many more needed. What I would like to see and think would enhance that page is a "Update" button that will update ALL my awards numbers so you don't have to go into each one and "Update" them individually. I am working on the eQSL(AG) Worked all Canada award. I'm up to 11. I want to know if there is a way to search the DB to fine AG members in Canada (specifically MB and NU) If I am able to do this now I have not found it. Thanks Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet

I logged into eQSL this AM and saw that I had 3 sitting there waiting for me. I went to print out the first one and my printer had a problem that required me to completely restart my computer. When I cam back to eQSL to try and print the 3 that I had, none of them were there any more. I did not select the option to Archive them when I closed out the web site. I did remember the one that was from 2013 and went into the archive and printed that one out. The other 2 were from a year ago or later. How do I go find those 2 so I can print them out when I do not remember who they were or anything like that?? Bob W8RID W8RID Bob Davet |
