OK thanks for your help. It's either no grid, or the home QTH grid.. Alan

Sorry I've confused the issue now. I want to upload against my home QTH grid but with log entries containing the mismatched gridsquare. It shows as an error, but ops can still download. If I do this does it cause you grief? to leave it with the error?
POTA log submissions are done with no gridsquare in the log. They are granted via online methods.

OK firstly - I apologise for my obvious ignorance WRT gridsquare awards and management thereof.
So are you saying that if I upload on my single home account with a different GS, it does not cause you problems? (just trying to guess if you were being sarcastic - which you are fully entitled to be)
I'm just trying to work out a way of eliminating a rather large task of exporting batches (every time I do a park) to ADIF, editing the GS, then uploading manually to eQSL. If I leave it the way it is, Log4OM just uploads along with uploads to other services. And it appears that my park chasers get their eQSL even though it resides in my account as an error.
As you seem to suggest, I'll let the park chasers get their gridsquare some other way if they are really intent on it.
Thanks for you help anyway. I appreciate it. Alan

I have 2 questions regarding my park activations where I have My Gridsquare set to the park I am operating from. Previously I have been doing all my logs by leaving the gridsquare as it was but uploading separately into eQSL after editing the batch to have my home QTH grid. This avoids the error I get from mismatching gridsquares.
I notice, however, that even when the error presents and I get instruction to reload the records, other eQSL OPS can still view and download their (my) eQSL.
So Q1: Why have the error when it seems there is no impediment to others getting their eQSL? and Q2: I cannot (can't imagine) making a separate account for every park activation (mobile gridsquare) I operate from. That would be horrendous. Is there a better way?. My options are to ignore the error because others still get their eQSL, or continue changing my GS for each activation. thanks Alan

I activate parks so I am in a different gridsquare when operating to the one in my profile (Home QTH). I wish to maintain the remote gridsquare as is in my own logs but I always need to export to ADIF and replace the remote GS with my profile GS to make the upload go thru error free.
Is there any way I can reduce/remove this step and still maintain my real operating GS but also make auto upload valid. i.e. without the manual manipulation? Alan
