Are there any plans for stronger statistical reporting from the eQSL database?
For example, currently: The system tells me I have uploaded 17,200 entries to date. The system tells me I have 105 countries, 50 states, and 33 zones confirmed.
Beyond that, I would find a chart along these line to be extremely valuable:
OVERALL: Total eQSL master database entries: 64,900,000 Total eQSL countries represented: 309
SPECIFIC: Mixed Phone CW Digital Total K0RC database entries: 17,200 4,500 6,500 6,200
Total K0RC QSO matches: 11,200 3,500 4,500 3,200 Total K0RC QSO AG matches: 8,000 2,500 3,500 2,000 Total K0RC QSO non-matches: 6,000 1,000 2,000 3,000
Total K0RC countries uploaded: 160 120 100 80 Total K0RC country matches: 140 90 80 60 Total K0RC country AG matches: 105 60 50 50
Total K0RC states uploaded: 51 51 51 51 Total K0RC state matches: 50 49 50 48 Total K0RC state AG matches: 50 45 50 46
Total K0RC zones uploaded: 36 31 29 25 Total K0RC zones matches: 34 29 27 24 Total K0RC zones AG matches: 30 26 25 22 These statistics would allow me to track my progress on toward the various goals on the different modes. It would also provide a "percent hit rate" for data that I am uploading. I just begun working from current logs back 44+ years. A periodic progress report like this is an item that would be an incentive to continue the manual logbook conversions!
Or is this way beyond the scope of summary reporting that is invisioned for the eQSL.cc architecture?

There is certainly nothing beyond the realm of possibility there Bob. Whether or not it has been envisioned I don't know.
However, there are free logging programs already existing that synchronize their local logs with eQSL and can provide summary reports showing most of that information. DXKeeper by AA6YQ is one. I haven't looked at Logger32 by K4CY in awhile but I know it can synchronize its log with eQSL and I suspect it can also do the summary reporting. There are probably other loggers that can do that as well but I am not familiar with them.

Oh, here's where suggestions are requested...
I would like to see a checkbox or button that when activated would leave a notice to SKED requestors that this station is not currently accepting Sked requests.

From the "My Accounts" screen/list... Show # of eQSL pending in the Inbox... That would help... I have a few attached accounts, VE2FET/M, VE2FET/2, VX2FET, CG2FET, etc.... and I have to go into each of them to see if any new eQSL has been received... Just showing the # of pending eQSL in the Inbox would be a major plus! Keep up the good work! 73, Sylvain, VE2FET http://www.qrz.com/ve2fet VE2FET Sylvain Faust

Could you add a new category to the outgoing log display that shows an eqsl has been received. on the same line. You have: the floowing displays Grey entries are users who are not registered at eQSL.cc. Click on "notify" to send them an e-mail. Shaded entries are QSLs that have been displayed or archived by the recipient Red entries are invalid data that do not conform to ADIF specifications. Please EDIT/VIEW and fix, otherwise it will not match your InBox!
BUT I get people sending an eqsl to me that I then archive, but my outgoing log does not turn the grey as I guess they never displayed or archived my eqsl to them. So there is no display in the outgpoing page that they have eqsled back to me. The ARRL web site lets you easily see how many of your QSO's actually got QSLed. Thats all I am asking for.

I have an idea about rejected eQSLs. When I reject a card, it is moved to the RejectBox and the correspondent receives an e-mail. My suggestion is: When the correspondent corretcs the record, the card should appear again in my InBox.

When an eQSL is corrected and saved I believe it is re-posted as a new eQSL. If you have evidence that this is not the case please let us know.

Hello Rich, I guess the evidence is in your Reject Box. My suggestion is: 1. I send you a card. 2. You reject it (for any reason). 3. I correct the card (any change). 4. On my side - the "Rejected!" label disappears in my Out Box - it did not happen. 5. On your side - the card moves from Reject Box to In Box. I think, it does not.

I would love to see a 'mark all posts read' button/ability for these forums.
Thanks !

That just shows me recent posts. I don't see a 'mark all read' there.
Thanks.

Correct, there is no ability to mark all read. For my uses I am just interested in seeing the new posts since the last time I logged in, thought that might be helpful to you too.
