You can only upload contacts that have a QSO date that is within the callsign effective date set in your My Profile page. In your case I see that you have your end date set to be 12/31/2020.
Just log into your account, go to the My Profile page, and set that end date to be in the future, 12/31/2030 for example.

Which problem, not being able to display your entire outbox at once? If so same answer; you can only display a maximum of 2000 entries. Use one of the links at the side of the outbox to filter by mode, band, country, or date.

The only thing that can be automated is matching inbox entries to outbox entries, and it already is.
You can download your entire inbox by clicking on the Download link at the bottom of the inbox.
Yes, the interface is dated and needs work. There is no money to do that, eQSL is run as non-profit, all the money received goes into keeping the servers online, there is nothing left over for a code rewrite. Only a very small fraction of eQSL users actually donate, around 8% or so.

Hi Richard,
You can only send/receive eQSLs that have QSO dates that fall within the date range set in your profile page.
You had some bad dates in your profile. Your QTH effective start date is set to be 06/29/2019, and your QTH effective end date was set to be 06/29/1939.
I have changed that end date to be 06/29/2029, it just needs to be set at some point in the future, but that start date should be set at the date you first started operating at your current QTH. You can do that yourself via the My Profile page.
Your ITU zone was also incorrect, you had it set to be 2, should be 4 (I have changed it)

Hi Djarot,
I have made that change, thanks for letting us know!

Ok, it was actually December 15th that you ordered the card, not November. The print queue gets processed when the webmaster has time to do so, and is currently backed up to December 3rd for the AG postcards. Yours will get printed the next time the print queue is processed.
The licence scan you uploaded that you downloaded from the FCC site was rejected because it reference copy. Anyone can go to the FCC site and download a reference copy of your licence, so it does not prove that you are W4ADL
Instead you need to download an official copy of your licence using their ULS system, that is accepted because it is something that only you have access to. Here is an article that should help explain how you do that: http://www.arrl.org/obtain-license-copy

They need to be added to the ADIF specification before they get added here, and it seems to take those guys forever to get new modes added.

Yes, there is an API available also, here are the docs for it: http://eqsl.cc/qslcard/GeteQSL.txt

You are asking about the actual card graphics? There are a few logging programs out there that can do a bulk download, I think DXKeeper is one that has that functionality.

Quote: I have the same problem. Got a msg from a QSO through eQSL about it not being confirmed for him.
There is no button to manually confirm it. It appears that this is not the only one I have like that.
--- Original message by KG5KOG Joseph K Cameron on Dec 20, 2016 09:54 PM If there is no button to manually confirm it means the contacts has already been confirmed.
Check your outbox, you will see you already sent him an eQSL.

Dave,
You can reject those contacts from your inbox, but before you do that is the start date on that account correct? The start date on that account needs to be the date you first started using the callsign. Also I see you have not changed the end date yet into the future, you need to do that or you won't see any new eQSLs.
And yes, you should create attached accounts for your old callsigns (use the My Accounts screen for that) and upload the contacts that belong to those callsigns into those accounts.

You can do a bulk delete from your outbox based on QSO date range. Go to your outbox and bring up the Filters Dialogue. You do that by pressing on any of the 'Entries' links at the right side of the page, doesn't matter which. At the bottom of the Filters Dialogue page you will see a link: 'Delete a Group of Log Entries'. Click that link and it will ask you for the QSO date range you need to delete.
The end date on your account should be set into the future BTW, 2020 for the year is a good choice.

Do you mean the reject all action? Just find the entry in your reject box and press the confirm button.

You said you want AG status, but that your paper license is not accessible at this time, and you don't want to wait for the postcard.
I told you how you can download an official copy of your licence from the FCC site and use that to get AG, how is that not answering your question??
EDIT: I missed the part about uploading two files. No, you can only upload one file.

The contacts will get uploaded into whichever account you have setup in the eQSL parameters in HRD, so in HRD if you have the callsign set to be HB9FIH, that is where you log will get uploaded to.

In your case it looks like you don't need to use the nickname because each of your accounts has a unique callsign, is this true or did I miss one?
The nickname is only needed if you have more than one account with the same callsign, in this case the nickname is needed so the software will know which account to upload to.
If the callsigns are all unique just setup HRD with the callsign you want to upload to, the password for that callsign, and leave the nickname parameter blank.

You can download an official copy (not the refernce copy, that is no good) of your licence from the FCC site using their ULS system. Here is an article that explains how: http://www.arrl.org/obtain-license-copy

What you need to do is create a new, attached account for the new callsign.
Log into your existing account and go to the 'My Accounts' page, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/MyAccounts.cfm . At the bottom of the page you will see a section called: 'Register a New Attached Account'. Change the callsign to be your new one, put in the start date of when you received the new callsign, and press the 'Create New' button.
The new account will be attached to your old account, so they will share the same membership level, and also the credits from both accounts will be combined for the eAwards program.
