I have my 'home' account and was going to create new accounts for my past addresses and portable operations. I did create one but have now changed my mind .. it's just too much trouble partly because I don't seem to be able to overlap dates, so if I work portable I have to put a finish date on my bse QTH account .. open a new one for portable .. and then create a new base account .. life is too short.. how do I get rid of that one I did create before I realised the problems it would make for me

Ben,
First of all, if the accounts are attached, you should detach them. Then log into the account you want to get rid of, go to that profile page, scroll down and to the right and in the red box click on the unsubscribe button. Sorry you find eQSL too difficult, I have 3 accounts for previous locations and one /p account for portable operation at camp. The portable /p account has overlapping dates with my n1ork home qth account and I use seperate logs for all my accounts. sorry to have taken so long to reply ..
now more or less sorted .. getting the hang of it .. working mostly portable, playing radio in my touring caravan, I am creating many accounts, but now I have caught up (locations anyway .. not all the logs entered yet) it's easy enough to create a new account as I set up to play. thanks GW3XDH/P Ben Parkes |

I have 2 PT7ZT acounts open ( detached ) with diferent NICK adress, PT7ZT Eusebio and PT7ZT Fortaleza how do I delete the Fortaleza NICK acount opended by mistake ? thanks for any help Moreira / PT7ZT PT7ZT CARLOS MOREIRA |

What is a NICK address? Do you mean the QTH nickname? When I search your call I only get the Eusebio location. You need to be able to log into the account to delete it. See my post above.

Do you have different passwords for each account? If so, log into the account you want to delete and try to delete it. In the worst case, you may have to delete both accounts. Try using the 'Help!' link above to ask your question to the Admins. Maybe they can help.

Just another suggestion - I had more success not playing the "My Accounts - Login - Detach" game from one screen (when I was trying to change my e-mail accounts for three callsigns - may apply to your problem - maybe). I only had success when I log'd in completely from the main screen ( http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/Index.cfm ).

Bill,
Looks like you deleted something. This is what I get when I search your call in eQSL: W1WLH (William L. Hoenstine) 02 Jun 1990 to 27 Aug 2011 was a user of eQSL.cc but is not registered any more. If you have confirmed eQSLs with any of your accounts, I think you can't remove them. I would say just leave them there and don't update them any more. N1ORK Orest 'Andy' Zajac |

If you remember your account names and passwords, I think you can still log into them. If not, I suggest you contact the Admins of this site via the 'Help!' link above.
