The FCC has allowed my callsign to be changed from KB9GPN to K9ZW

When I created an account for this per directions I am suddenly no longer 'Authenticity Guaranteed' in the eQSL system and have been dropped back to 'Silver' status.

Did I do something incorrectly or how does this get fixed back up?

Please advise & 73,

Steve,

You will need to upload a license image to your K9ZW account for it to become AG - the AG status of your previous call isn't automatically carried across.

There's no reason why the new account should have dropped you back to Silver status. If you were Gold before, please drop us a note at Support and we can check it out for you.

Thank you Tim.

Will scan and send a copy once I have the FCC hardcopy.

It seems the FCC posts the changes up to 3 or 4 days before they print & mail copies, creating the "limbo" period for AG status.
