Mark,
Interesting! Your account certainly shows up as having AG status - so there's nothing to worry about. I'll talk to the webmaster about why this might happen.

Hi Rienk.
Sorry for the slow reply - I've not had much time to look in on the forums recently.
You can place the <QSLMSG> tag anywhere in your ADIF record and it just needs to contain the length of the data - so something like the following would be fine:
<RST_SENT:3>599 <QSLMSG:34>Thanks for the QSO, Rienk. 73, Tim<EOR>
Yes, I remember the good old DOS days quite well

Gary,
Thanks for your follow-up.
Realistically, I'm guessing that if we asked again in a year's time, once the QSL income has been received, the answer would be more positive.
Certainly, if more expeditions do choose to use eQSL/LOTW immediately after they return, a fund such as you mention will become key to replacing their QSL income stream. Dxpeditions are a very costly business - particularly when you go to somewhere like 3Y0!

David,
You should post questions like this to support! The forums are intended to be self-help - with volunteer moderators dropping in as they can (the majority of us have day jobs!). The support e-mail is support@eqsl.cc
Generally speaking, payments should go through automatically - but I'll forward your query to the webmaster who will be able to help you.

Rienk,
The example record you show is ok for the date and time fields, but the call, band, mode and rst_sent fields are incorrectly formed.
The figures after the colon (:) character indicate the length of the field. So the call entry should be <call:5>PA1AT and band should be <band:3>10M and mode should be <mode:2>CW
Is this being generated from a logging program or are you typing it manually?
Tim, G4VXE
Jim,
It's no problem. Simply mail support and we can update that for you.

Peter,
Just to clarify - the money covers the cost of a postcard with a code on it that is sent to your registered address. You use that code to enter into the system and are granted AG status.
Obviously there are sometimes delays in printing the cards and sending them out - and then there's the possibility of postal delay.
Also, bear in mind that there are two stages to requesting an AG postcard.
1) Fund your postage account 2) Follow the Authenticity link from the home page and request a postcard.
A number of people do the first but forget to do the second! I notice that you've requested a postcard recently, so it should be on the way to you now.

Hi Robert,
Yes, they stay there indefinitely. Disk space is a bit cheaper these days

Scotty,
I believe that Mode endorsements for the different awards are in the list of possible future enhancements!
Tim, G4VXE
Dick,
I'm afraid not. If you upload again, the contacts will be flagged as dupes.
You'll need to delete them and upload again.
Tim, G4VXE
That would be cool! If anyone reading this thread knows any of the operators well, it might be worth an ask if they'd consider uploading the logs here.
Tim, G4VXE
Bennie,
The AG seal is available on a Style 4 eQSL.

Ian,
We do our best to support new modes, but one (or two) seem to come along every week. If you can point us at a webpage that describes the mode, I can ask the webmaster to consider it for inclusion.
Tim, G4VXE
Frank,
When you go into your Outbox, can you open individual bands and modes (or countries) ok?
Tim, G4VXE
Graeme - the system has no way of knowing, as you and I do, that the G6CSY licence document is the same as the other UK calls. Simply upload your G6CSY image to each of the accounts and we'll approve them for you.
Tim, G4VXE
Phil,
Go to 'My Awards' - select the award in question and alongside that, you'll see the link saying 'Sked Requests'....
Tim, G4VXE
Steve,
You will need to upload a license image to your K9ZW account for it to become AG - the AG status of your previous call isn't automatically carried across.
There's no reason why the new account should have dropped you back to Silver status. If you were Gold before, please drop us a note at Support and we can check it out for you.
Tim, G4VXE
That's an interesting one, Kris. I assume the same as you, that it's the comma in the Frequency field that is causing the problem. I'll ask Dave to take a look for us.
Tim, G4VXE
Tom,
I'll mention it to the Webmaster and the guys on the Advisory Board. If you're interested in helping taking it forward, that would be brilliant....
Tim, G4VXE
Bob,
The best person to answer this will be the webmaster. But I don't think we capture the information at the moment though I might be wrong.
I guess it doesn't add a lot to an eQSL to have the exact frequency available, though it can look quite cool.
I suspect it would add quite a lot to the database size and therefore performance might be affected, so Dave might not be too keen. But I'm second guessing!
Let's see if Dave pitches in here....
