The simplest way to do it would be to create a CALLSIGN/QRP account on eQSL, and upload to that account when you're running low power.

I respectfully disagree Darin. First of all, CALL/QRP is an invalid call modifier for most logging programs. It is not like /P or /M. Sure, you can add a new account with a /QRP modifier, but the other ham would have to upload his confirming QSO that way also. If the confirming QSO is uploaded only to the home call, they will never match up in eQSL. You could add the QRP into comments, or only put in 10 watts or less into one's power info on the QSO log. 73 Andy - n1ork

I agree with Andy. When I run QRP - I note the specifications in my eQSL Log Entry (Comments) and also flag it in my (Paper) Logbook as well. KE3W Nevins "Frank" Frankel Centralia, Pennsylvania (USA) http://www.ke3w.com

It would be nice if eQSL supported the power tag in ADIF.
