I sent my money via PayPal on the 9th of February for my certificate. PayPal shows the transaction finalized on the 14th of February, but I have not received anything yet. I realize that this is a volunteer organization, but I was just wondering what the timeline is?

Peter,

Just to clarify - the money covers the cost of a postcard with a code on it that is sent to your registered address. You use that code to enter into the system and are granted AG status.

Obviously there are sometimes delays in printing the cards and sending them out - and then there's the possibility of postal delay.

Also, bear in mind that there are two stages to requesting an AG postcard.

1) Fund your postage account
2) Follow the Authenticity link from the home page and request a postcard.

A number of people do the first but forget to do the second! I notice that you've requested a postcard recently, so it should be on the way to you now.
