When attempting to upload ADIF file from within HRD, I always get an error message saying, Upload Warning, Bad Record: Duplicate, whether I have worked the station or not. It has just started this action within the past few weeks.

'Bad Record: Duplicate' means that you have already uploaded that QSO. Did you check your outbox for it?

You might consider downloading a free copy of ADIFPROC which will scan your ADIF log, flag any obvious errors and detect duplicates.
