I got my Authenticity Guaranteed Certificate via the LOTW method but I can't view. Nothing happens when I click on the icon. I can view the certificate for my two other registered callsigns. What do I do now?

Interesting! Your account certainly shows up as having AG status - so there's nothing to worry about. I'll talk to the webmaster about why this might happen.
