I don't mean to sound bad,
But I have to say that I have sent
Out around 15 QSL reports, and
received Only 7 QSL card in reply.
I have even sent out emails to the
Stations Heard as a reminder
that I still haven't Received their
QSL cards. It doesn't encourage
me to continue Sending out reports.

Don't forget sending an eQSL to a SWL is different from sending one to another HAM. Most of our HAM users these days send eQSLs by uploading their logfiles to the site, they may only actually log into the site to check their inbox once a month or so, sometimes even longer. And the only way for them to send you an eQSL is to confirm the eQSL you sent him. So sometimes you may need to wait a while before you get an eQSL, don't expect instant returns.

50% return rate is not too bad in my book for the length of time you have been on the site, less than a month.
