On my profil member webpage I read the message :
Last heard on the air on 40M 7.1436 SSB at 15:48 UTC

Where is this message generated from as I have never been transmitting with this call as it is a SWL call only .
I got 3 mails asking me to confirm QSOs , so I guess a pirate uses this SWL call , such or similar kind of call has never been issued by german authority for ham use but is a SWL call issued by the SWARL.
Every authorized German ham call can be found in official database :
http://ans.bundesnetzagentur.de/Amateurfunk/Rufzeichen.aspx

Question: how is this message at the member webpage generated ?

Yes, that is how those messages are generated, sent and received eQSLs.
