I have worked both Iran and Northern Ireland. Yet they don't show up in my archives or anywhere else.

Did they send you an eQSL? If so, you will find it in either your inbox or archive. You will only get credit for a QSO if they actually sent you an eQSL.
You will find the eQSLs you sent them in your outbox. If they don't have an eQSL account they will not show up in the countries list, but you will find the contact by searching for the callsign, or by looking at one of the appropriate links, by QSO date, mode, or band. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
