I need to change the info that appears at the bottom of the QSO section. I believe this was entered during intial Profile Info or eQSL card setup. This is NOT the 4 lines that appear in the My Profile Printed on eQSLs, but appears on the very last line of sent eQSLs, after Band and UR Sig:. I need to edit this Info.

If you are talking about the two lines on the eQSL in your profile written in Latin, that is just there as a sample comment and can't be changed in your profile. You can change this by adding a comment to your QSO before up loading to eQSL.

No this is not the 2 Latin lines.

When I go to the Outbox and select ANY contact via the EDIT button. A window pops up for that contact. There is a box marked COMMENT in this box I have text that is added AUTOMATICALLY to EVERY contact. While in this window you press DISPLAY AS CARD the window changes to show what my eQSL Card to this contact looks like. That COMMENT appears on the bottom line below Band and Sig report. I need to remove or change that automatic COMMENT line. I need to where that info is stored so I can chance it. I inadvertently added this info during my account setup not knowing what is was. This is now added to all out going eQSLs.

I don't think that the comment line has been set in your profile. To my knowledge, there is no filed for that, and not in your eqsl design either.
It is certainly in your logger, though most loggers don't use the EQSL field : <QSLMSG> but rather <COMMENT>

Guy is correct.

Some loggers have the ability to add a default comment, HRD for example has that ability. You will find the default comment you want to change in your loggers eQSL configuration section.
