I am responding to eSWL requests and noticed the confirming card (at least on my screen when I'm preparing it) says:

Confirming 2-way CW QSO
Date: February 22, 1998 Time: 17:53 UTC
Band: 10M RST: 599
Comments: ______________________

The first line should really read:

Confirming 2-way CW reception report

I'm picking at nits here, but... :-)
