Hi Team and OM,

I just got a rejection. OM said my QSL card is not "SWL-eQSL"
Quote: I reject yr QSL due to the fact that you dont use SWL QSL, but a normal "to-way" e-qsl. (eg. a wrong type e-qsl-card) Plese send a SWL-eQSL. I will confirm your SWL card as soon a a recice a SWL-eQSL

I like to know if there are several tye QSL or not.

Sincerely, 73

Yes, when an account is created it can be created as a HAM account or an SWL account.

But, I just checked your account, it is indeed setup as an SWL account.

I don't know why that user thought it was for a 2-way QSO, but if he had looked at the eQSL you sent him he would have seen that it said "Confirming SWL reception" instead of "Confirming 2-way QSO".

I just had a look at your eQSL card design. The problem might be it is a little difficult to read the QSO details with that graphic you are using. Maybe you could use a darker font for QSO details?

Thank you David confirming what I thought.
voila, I have made some changes to make it more clear (deleting the table to the back of the QSO details, addition of the words "SWL")
