Why does my 20m outbox show that I have received and seen 7X2RD when I have not ? I have been trying to get this country for many years and it is shaded in my outbox but I have not seen it or retrieved it , but you are saying that I have. What,s going on ?

Not true. The fact that it is shaded just means that he looked at the eQSL you sent him and moved it to his archive.

Dear John, please try this: Go to your output box. Note (!) the eqsl datas. Delete the eqsl. Enter the datas into a new eqsl form and re-sent it. After that, the eqsl will have a white background in your output box. When you look into the inbox of your qso partner, you will see the new eqsl.
Maybe for radioamateur this is helpfull: Sometimes, if you don't pay attention, a received eqsl slides into your archive without your confirmation. Your qso partner gets a shadowed background, but no confirmation. The eqsl doesn't count. I propose to look into your archive from time to time and verify, if you have eqsl with a green and red button. Confirm it or reject it, your qso partner will appreciate it.
