I submitted a request for postcard AG verification in mid-June. I added money to my account to cover the postage. It is now late August and I have not received a postcard and my AG status still says that my postcard has been queued to be printed.

Hi Jim,
Dave N5UP did a massive move, both his home QTH and the eQSL office, and it has taken him longer than expected to get back in operation again. We are hoping he will get the print queue rolling again soon, and when that happens the AG postcards get done first. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |

I have paid twice for a card since November and still have not received my AG status card. I have submitted a picture of my license that was printed directly from the FCC site only to be rejected. I am getting emails daily from people that are needing me for an award. I have tried daily to connect to the LoTW confirmation and that site just states hit refresh to try again blaming the ARRL servers. This has been going on for almost 2 months. If I am not going to get the AG status at least credit my PayPal account the $5 back and I will disable my account. This is ridiculous it didn't take this long with the ARRL, I had my LoTW card within 5 days. I was considering getting a gold membership but I am now rethinking about that.

Ok, it was actually December 15th that you ordered the card, not November. The print queue gets processed when the webmaster has time to do so, and is currently backed up to December 3rd for the AG postcards. Yours will get printed the next time the print queue is processed.
The licence scan you uploaded that you downloaded from the FCC site was rejected because it reference copy. Anyone can go to the FCC site and download a reference copy of your licence, so it does not prove that you are W4ADL Instead you need to download an official copy of your licence using their ULS system, that is accepted because it is something that only you have access to.
