I recently received a QSL from a country I needed. It registered as credit for an award. How are will that be dealt with? I mean the SWL was right on the money as far as the qso he monitored but his country is not one I have had a qso with yet.

eQSLs from SWL accounts do not count as credits for HAM accounts, because no 2-way QSO took place.
