Load adif files from N3FJP and always have to manually confirm them in EQSL,Anybody have any ideas,Thanks.

The only time you have to manually confirm an eQSL is when the entry you receive does not match an entry you uploaded.
Callsign, date, time, band, and mode need to match to be auto-confirmed.

All that info matches except the time might be a minute one way or the other and if there is no cushion like lotw it's annoying.

There is a +/- 60 minute cushion for QSO time.
Do you have a specific example?

I have the same problem. Got a msg from a QSO through eQSL about it not being confirmed for him.
There is no button to manually confirm it. It appears that this is not the only one I have like that.
