A number of users have reported getting errors using the AG via Logbook of the World method.
This is due to network difficulties. We recommend that if you experience errors, that you try again - perhaps a few minutes later.
It's frustrating, but it's outside of our control. Please keep trying, it will work in the end.

Does this actually work? I've been trying since last week without any success, I get a "difficulty connecting to ARRL" message. I can log in via the arrl web page just fine so it's only eqsl that's having the problem. Should this work or is it broken?

Linda,
It does work - I can see someone's been able to use it in the last 24 hours. However, I sympathise - it can be problematic. There are some 'network issues' between us and the ARRL which causes this problem - not of our making - so we can't do much about it.
When people are having this sort of problem - I usually say - it should work, but if you can scan or take a digital photo of your license - that may be a better alternative for you.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I can verify that it does work. I was having the same problems, and was beginning to think it wasn't going to work. I have tried several times over the last few weeks. Just keep hitting refresh. Eventually, it will work.

Yes, for what its worth, it does work. I tried for 5 days before it just seemed to magically happen. It was worth the trouble compared to funding the postage account or finding a scanner etc.
