New (paid) service. When a new qso is uploaded to Eqsl, and the other station is no member of eqsl, then the qsl-card is printed by the system (according to the data in eqsl incl. picture) and send. Extra Line on the card: "this card was brought to u by eqsl, subscribe on www.eqsl.cc".

That's an interesting suggestion Aart but I think it's a bit impractical. There are hundreds of such cards every day. Who is going to research to find the addresses (if they can even be found) print the cards and mail them out? It would be a full time job for at least a couple of people and would be so expensive that not very many people would want to pay for it.

I'm unclear about whether the ARRL will accept a card printed by eQSL for award credit. Will it?

ARRL's policy is that they will accept printed eQSL's that have been personally signed by the originating station. In other words if you take the printed card and send it to the originating station asking him to sign it and send it back ARRL says they will accept it, Indeed we are aware of some that they have accepted.
If you want to try something, try ordering one of our new cards that are backside printed using a script font. Reportedly, it takes a sharp eye to tell the difference between one of those and a traditional card. They may pass through unnoticed.

A slight adjustment to your idea Rich The owner of the log (=me) can order to print cards, and have them sent home to sign them. And if possible, adressed to the right qsl-manager.....
Saves me a lot of time

Ah! Yes that's a different slant to it and one that would satisfy ARRL's policy. Let's see what Dave's thoughts are on that.
