I have several QSO's that I have tried to sync with DXKEEPER. The error report says that the times do not match. I found that I logged them 1 hour off due to last years daylight savings time. How do I fix this problem so I can confirm and log the received QSL?

All logging should be done in GMT - that way variances in local time don't enter into the equation. I keep a big digital clock set to GMT in my shack.
The clock on my main station pc is set to GMT.
Sorry that I can't help you with your problem - maybe you can go in and hand edit the incorrect QSO's in your log program and upload them again to eQSL. You can also delete the incorrect listings from this site as well.
