Mine just uploaded fine, so maybe you have some other problem with your pc.

I think that once you click on DISPLAY and view the QSL card it will automatically be sent to the Archive. Don't DISPLAY the card until you are ready to deal with it. That way it will stay in your In Box.

Not tried an upload since I have upgraded Firefox. I will give it a go and let yuo know how it works out.

Reading your post more closely, I see that you are creating your QSL card. So if you leave the comment field blank at the creation time, you can vary what get puts in that field by adding the QSLMSG field to your uploaded ADIF log book.
When the QSL card details are imported from the log file into your blank QSL card, whatever text is in the QSLMSG field for that particular QSO will be automatically put in the comments line of that outgoing QSL card.
Hope this makes it a little clearer

If you add the ADIF qslmsg parameter to your log file then whatever text you put in the qslmsg field will appear on your QSL card in the coments strip.

No neither had the accept or reject button. I notice that my log entry was the 22:01 QSO. Maybe he had 22:00 in his log. Still it is strange.

I have just received two QSL cards for the same contact on 30m. One card is at time 22:00 and the second card is a minute later at 22:01.
Why did I get 2 cards? Is one card from my log at 22:00 and is the second card generated from the other op's log book at 22:01?
I have seen this every before but not that often.

If you look at the contact in your inbox and you see a confirm/reject icon under the actions column then I don't think that the contact has been automatically confirmed.

Well I logged out and I logged back in and now it seems to be working, so I guess that was the answer.

I recently upgraded to Silver Membership. When I click on the Propagation Forecaster link, a window opens and tells me that the feature is reserved for Silver and Gold members and I am not eligible, yet my member page clearly shows my account as Silver.
Why won't the Propagation Forecaster work for me. Does it work for anyone?

I just took a picture of my licence with a digital camera and e-mailed in the jpg. Just frame the document in the camera.

Yes once you look at a QSL by using the DISPLAY button it is automatically sent to the archive area. I make a practice of dealing with each card when I view it in the INBOX. If you don't then as Guy says, you can have cards sitting in your ARCHIVE which you have never returned to the sending station. It would be nice if cards were sent to the ARCHIVE only by checking a box and not by the default of viewing the QSL card.

Now that is a good idea.

I was looking at my Outbox and examining some of my cards that have been picked up but not replied to. I see bronze members who have picked up my cards and who have thousands of cards sitting in their Inbox. I don't understand why they do not return cards. It only takes a click of a mouse button? You don't even have to upload your log to return a QSL. Just a manual check of rhe station log will do. If I am not in their log then clicking the reject button would be a courtesy.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Jennifer have you designed and sent out a card yet? If so then the instructions on going to your outbox posted by Dave VE3KAB should work for you.
Here they are again
Go to your outbox and select the outgoing eQSL you want to print. Press the 'Edit' button. One of the options that comes up is 'Display as Card'. Press that button and you will see the eQSL you have sent. U nderneath is a link that allows you to display the card in 4 X 6" printable format.

Looks like EA9LZ did a great job in clearing all those QSL's from his inbox.
How can you see when an op has last checked into this site. I can see another op's inbox and many of then have loads of cards waiting there. I guess these are op's who don't use this site despite setting up an account but I cannot see where it displays the last time that the op has checked in.

ADI is an ASCII text format. I can view my ADI files in Notepad. The AutoCad format must be something else

I convert my excel spreadsheet log entries into ADIF format. I found good instructions on how to do this on the web. So it should be possible to write excel expressions to do the reverse conversion.
