Hi to everybody

If a work during a short term in a country (for instance Mexico, such as XE2/EA5XQ) Do I need to create another log in eQSL or could I load all my contacts EA5XQ, OH2/EA5XQ, XE2/EA5XQ, W9/EA5XQ etc... in an unique Log?

I'm asking this because I received an email about problems with some entries related to my staying in Mexico.

Thanks

You need to create a new account for XE2/EA5XQ and upload a log to that account containing only the contacts you made from that location.

To obtain the Authenticity Guarantee for XE2/EA5XQ just submit a copy of your normal EA5XQ license.

Many thanks Rich for your reply!

I'm creating now the new attached accounts and uploading ADIF files with just those contacts. Just another question, how could I remove from EA5XQ log all the contacts related to XE2/EA5XQ in order to avoid any confusion to the recipients.

Thanks again!

Note before following any of the instructions below, I recommend that you download an ADIF file of your current Outbox. If you make a mistake that may be your only means of recovery.

You can bulk delete "unconfirmed" QSO's from an account as follows:

1) Log on and go to your Outbox.
2) Choose any group of cards from the Index to list.
3) At the bottom of the list you will see a link saying "Delete a group of cards"
4) Click that link and enter a date range for the cards you want to delete.

A few cards may not be deleted because they were incorrectly confirmed. Confirmed cards can only be deleted one at at time. To do that:

1) Go to your Outbox and display a list of cards that fall withing the date range you tried to bulk delete.
2) Click the "Edit" button next to each card.
3) in the window that pops up, click "Delete"

If there are only a few confirmed cards, this isn't too bad. But, if there are hundreds of them you will need to write to support, and ask for help. Supply the date range of the cards that need to be deleted and explain why you want them deleted.

The original message title included Portable working, but the previous messages in the thread relate only to [possibly protracted] working from one location.

It would appear that many separate accounts would be required If working portable for short periods regularly from different locations.

Is this correct and practical. Especially with regard to AG status.
