I am using YouLog .. I submit and adif file with the correct RST inserted in YouLog but eqsl shows a rst of 59 not the correct 579 this is happening to all of my contacts that are uploaded from YouLog created adif files . What is wrong here ? I have looked at the adif with notepad and the log is correct - eqsl is wrong.

I don't believe it. If it only happens with the contacts you are uploading via YouLog, then the problem is with YouLog, not eQSL.
I'm a digital mode only station here, and have uploaded all of my QSOs here with three digit RST's, never had a problem, and we have many digital mode ops here uploading QSOs with three digit RSTs.
Use the "Help!" link at the top of the page and send us an attachment of that ADIF file and we can have a look at it. Also, in the body of your email give an example of two where the RST is wrong.

I have uploaded logs from every version of HRD since v4.1 to the current commercial release, plus ADIF from Logger, Logger32, and Log4OM. Since I am 95% digital, my logs contain mostly 3-digit RSQ, or JT65-style negative numbers.

All have worked perfectly for 7 years. To me, it's one of the nice points about this site - never have an input problem that can't be traced to something at my end.
