Does uploading my QSOs from my logbook via an ADIF file automatically confirm matching QSOs that get uploaded by other hams? Or do I actually have to manually do something - like click that green check mark?

Why do some have a green tick/red cross and others don't?
Is it because they do not match, as I have looked at some with red/green boxes and they do seem to match with my log. Also do I need to do anything with the QSOs that don't have the red/green check boxes? VK5PL David Poole |

The ones without the option to confirm/reject are ones that match a logfile that you have uploaded, i.e., they are already confirmed. You don't need to do anything with these.
