Normally eQSL waits for new modes to be added to the ADIF list and unfortunately there is no 'catch' mode. This was pointed out to the webmaster recently and we are waiting to see what can be done. No promises though

The donation levels for Silver membership is $30 dollars within 12 months or $60 over 24 months, if you log into your main account you will see the donations you have made.

Go to your profile and visit the link 'my other accounts' at the bottom of that page you will be able to attach your new callsign.
Once you have attached it, go to the profile on the new account and make it the primary account. Job done and all your previous eQSL's can be combined for eAwards etc

This is normal, once you reach that amount it stops; every time someone clicks on the total button it can affect performance on the site while it is generating your list, especially if a number of people are doing similar things at the same time. You will still be able to generate the lists by mode or date range etc

Once you receive your award, a certificate will appear on the right side of the page along with a thumbnail of a plaque; To order the plaque, just click on the thumbnail.
If you don't have enough money in your postage account at the time of ordering, clicking the plaque icon takes you to the postage account page so that you can add the funds, and also (very important) check that the mailing address is correct.

I'm taking it you're referring to the inbox? After logging in to eQSL go to your archive and at the bottom of the page you will see the 'download entire inbox' link, click that link then select .ADI File.
All the text in the file will appear in your browser, now right click anywhere on the text within the browser window and select 'Save as'; select the folder where you wish to save the file and hit 'Save' Job Done

It is more likely that you set up 2 payments, maybe by refreshing your browser during the set up process.
I can see the double payments in your account from the date you started in July then Aug and the current two payments in September, if you take a look at your profile, you will see the different reference ID's.
We can't access your PayPal account for any reason, so I would suggest checking your account and cancelling one of the payments.
