Hi,
We don't support any particular logger here among the 150 available on the internet, free or not......
I guess that your logger, like all others MUST have an eqsl setting, that is :
- callsign - account nickname.................. careful ! case sensitive - password ..............................also case sentive
Try this it should work, good luck

eQSL Designer Instructions for contributing members (bronze and above)
Styles 3 and 4 ("regular", free users are limited to styles 1 and 2, plain background or graphics from our library))
The eQSL Designer allows you to design YOUR OWN eQSL card to look exactly as you want it to look.
Style 3 : Members upload a fully prepared, finished background image, with callsign, adress, grid, zones etc. The system then ONLY automatically adds a banner with QSO details. This style is a “ready-to-wear” option—simple and efficient.
Style 4 : Members upload a "raw" image. Then they choose and position everything on the "raw" image
How Positioning Works : When positioning text or logos, imagine that your text (or logo) is in a box. You define the position of the left top corner of the box, but the right bottom corner is the right bottom edge of the card. Text will be fitted into that space. If you choose a large font, the space you define must be larger than if you choose a smaller font.
Line Wrapping : Text will be wrapped to the next line when space on that line runs out at the right card edge. We have already defined certain text, such as addresses, to occupy multiple lines.
How to Lay Out Text Select the item you want to position by checking the box in the left column "Item to be Positioned" Select the Alignment, Font, Size, and Color for the text in the right column Click the "Position Item" button When your card is displayed, click on the spot where you want the TOP LEFT CORNER of the text to be positioned
Logos : To place a logo on the card, just select the specific logo you want using the dropdown, then click the checkbox to the left of it, and then click the "Position Item" button. You do not need to select an Alignment, Font, Size, or Color, since none of those apply to logos.
To Remove Text or a Logo : If you wish to remove text or a log from the design completely, click the box in the column "Item to be Positioned" and then click the "Remove Item" button, and it will be removed from the design.
Saving your Changes : Changes take effect as soon as you click the "Save and Exit" button. Any cards that are displayed or printed by other people will immediately conform to the design you have selected. If you click on any of the menu links at the top of the page before clicking "Save and Exit", your design will remain in "Draft" mode and will not be put into production. You can return to the eQSL Designer and continue working on the draft at a later time.
Returning to a Previous Design Style : If for some reason you wish to stop using the Style 4 design you created with the eQSL Designer, go to MY EQSL DESIGN and change the Style to either Style 1, 2, or 3. Your custom design will be temporarily turned off and will return to the layout you had previously. If later you want to resume working with the eQSL Designer, just change your card to Style 4 again, and your Style 4 card will run again.
Downgraded Membership : If your membership level drops below that required for Style 4 cards, all eQSLs you send will continue to be sent as Style 4, however YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT YOUR DESIGN until you once again upgrade to the required membership level.
If I can spare...I will make a tutorial with pictures, screenshots, but as you know, retirees are full-time busy

FAQ: What you need to do is create a new, attached account for your new callsign.
Log into your existing account and go to 'My Accounts' page, https://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/MyAccounts.cfm .
At the bottom of the page you will see a section called: 'Register a New Attached Account'. Change the callsign to be your new one, put in the start date of when you received the new callsign, and press the 'Create New' button.
The new account will be attached to your old account, so they will share the same membership level, and also the credits from both accounts will be combined for the eAwards program.
Get back to us for further assistances, if needed.
But not here, in this user FORUM, on the REAL support
support1@eqsl.cc or https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ContactWebmaster.cfm
we rarely check here and only to reply on general interest topics

Hi,
The "raw" command http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/DownloadInBox.cfm) downloads everything inbox+archive boxes.........reject box, normally NO ? my own rejected qso's are not displayed ?!.....
In the API for developers, you can find :
Optional LimitDateLo = Earliest QSO date to download (oddly, in MM/DD/YYYY format with escape code 2F for slashes), optionally append HH:MM otherwise the default is 00:00 LimitDateHi = Latest QSO date to download (oddly, in MM/DD/YYYY format with escape code 2F), optionally append HH:MM otherwise the default is 23:59 to include the entire day RcvdSince = (YYYYMMDDHHMM) Everything that was entered into the database on or after this date/time (Valid range 01/01/1900 - 12/31/2078) ConfirmedOnly = Set to any value in the URL to signify you only want to download Inbox items you HAVE confirmed UnconfirmedOnly = Set to any value in the URL to signify you only want to download Inbox items you have NOT confirmed Archive = 1 for Archived records ONLY; 0 for Inbox (non-archived) ONLY; omit this parameter to retrieve ALL records in Inbox and Archive HamOnly = anything, filters out all SWL contacts
nothing for the reject box, as can be expected....... http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/DownloadInBox.cfm?Reject=0 does not even change anything
In your case, you have 11285 records in the archive, 10 records in the inbox = 11295
100 records in your rejectbox and only the two D1 qso's appear in the downloaded file
It seems that you blocked ALL FROM THIS USER........so, I have restored them and individually rejected them and you now have 11295 records in your inbox+archive, not 11297 records.
I'm sure that this case will puzzle our webmaster => forwarded

FAQ N°1096
Q : Why am I "blocked" from the eAwards program and how can I get unblocked?
A : If we notice you have cross-posted eQSLs from one attached account into another one, it would imply that you made QSOs from different QTH's or different callsigns at the same time, which is a physical impossibility. To protect the integrity of our eAward system, we temporarily block your account from providing credits to other users' awards.
Note that your award applications can be rejected:
- If you have too high a rate of unconfirmed QSOs. Rule 10a - If you have uploaded many QSOs with a different grid than the one in your account profile. Rule 14a - repeated applications in breach of Rule 3b - qso's satellite not configured in propmode SAT. Rule 18
.... etc... etc
Any rejection of an application is accompanied by the reason for rejection by the Award Manager.
In the case of a blockage, recovery is not automatic. As soon as you have corrected the issue, you have to ask an award manager to reinstate your account..
NB: in the Awards page, next to "manager" click on the manager's call sign to send him an e-mail
And I can't recommend enough that you read all the RULES of the Awards you are applying for
generally
3b : For any given number of credits, this eAward can only be earned once per applicant, regardless of attached callsigns.
10a. The AwardMaster for this award may determine at his sole discretion whether the eQSLs received are adequately matched by OUTGOING eQSLs sent by the applicant to confirm the credits applied for. A large number of unconfirmed eQSLs is against the spirit of the eQSL system and should be fixed by uploading your entire log, or by carefully confirming each valid incoming eQSL and rejecting each eQSL that does not match your log!
and more specifically :
eGrid 14a. Since the eAwards program is fully automated, it is not possible to scan the Comments of an eQSL to determine what grid square the contact was made from. The profile attached to each eQSL must correctly identify the QTH from which the contact was made. Users who upload numerous eQSLs that were not made from the QTH listed in their profile will have their account flagged as ineligible for participation in this eAward, either as applicants or as providers of contact credits.
eSat 18. For purposes of the eGrid Sat award, contacts must have been made via amateur satellite. On the other hand, credits for the eGrid UHF award can NOT be made by satellite. Because of the unfair advantage that contacts made using Internet-linked QSOs (such as IRLP, EchoLink, or eQSO) have over pure RF QSOs, they cannot be counted for this award. Due to the nature of these awards, our AwardMasters will be checking every credit individually, so please do not apply until you are certain that all your credits have the correct PROP_MODE tag (satellite, non-satellite, non-Internet, etc.) in the incoming eQSLs. You may correspond with senders of eQSLs that are incorrectly marked, to ask them to bring their eQSLs into compliance with the ADIF 2 specifications for propagation modes.
eWas 16a. Either Maryland (MD) or District of Columbia (DC) may be used as a credit, but not both. So, if you have both DC and MD, and only have 50 credits, you are still missing one State somewhere !
etc...etc

Hi,
Quote: There used to be a program that allowed this Certainly a third party software, there has never been such a feature on the eqsl website itself. There has been a lot of such softwares, some poorly designed
Quote: Is the staff thinking of providing a solution? I have never read this in our Advisory Board discussions If everybody runs such a program for his full inbox/archive the server will fall to it's knees........ If I were asked...I would suggest to implement this for contributing members bronze and above (11% of users) This is just my opinion, I'm not the webmaster
Now, a lot of loggers do this, HRD, DXkeeper....etc ? I don't know them all My own logger just displays the eqsl when I browse my log

Either Maryland (MD) or District of Columbia (DC) may be used as a credit, but not both. So, if you have both DC and MD, and only have 50 credits, you are still missing one State somewhere!" https://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/FixeAwardProblems.cfm

Hi,
Generally, it's either : - because your correspondent is not "AG" (Authenticity Guaranteed) - because he's been flagged as invalid for various reasons , cross-posted qso's, high rate of unconfirmed qso's....

Bonjour,
