Quote: Making new account using some suffix like 'BI1MHK/SWL', and setting it to SWL account?
Yes, to avoid confusion, a HAM should use a variant, like SWL/BI1MHK or BI1MHK/SWL...IMHO...
But most IMPORTANT OF ALL, when he creates a new account, there is a choice : licenced HAM or SWL
This is what really makes the difference, generates a SWL report on the eqsl instead of a 2 way qso confirmation

you are ONLY noticed when eQSL's are sent or confirmed manually, one at a time
In the case of adif file uploads, real-time logging, nothing is sent

Hi Barry,
Since this can be of general interest, I will reply, though I rarely check this user forum .....Already enough work with the real support....and awards management
When you flag an account as "primary, default", it only brings it at the top of a list of your other accounts for this SAME CALLSIGN when you login.........provided they ALL have the same password, they are ALL displayed.
Otherwise, if you have a different password for one of them, you will only see this account at login, since it's the only one with this callsign/password
The fact that this account is marked a primary, default will allow you to log into this account by default, with a simple "ENTER" CR/LF but you can also select, click on another one.
Quote: Is there a way to be able to login directly to the VA3WI/W4 account?
Yes, sure ! just enter this callsign and it's associated password at login
Other possibility : go to "my accounts" if you have attached them, click on login in the VA3WI/W4 line
This is the only place where you will see your other accounts with a different CALLSIGN, not at login
In your particular case, it makes no sense, but it does no harm either to set VA3WI/W4 as "PRIMARY"
I hope it helps and that I've been clear enough in my explanations

If you have less than 2000 rejected qso's, just click on any line with less than 2000 records in your OUTBOX Now, you have the select box, where you can tick "show only rejected " and set your whole date -range
This will display your 24 rejected qso's

If you upload your log, qso's in your inbox or archive wiil automatically be confirmed ( THOSE THAT MATCH !)
Quote: any matching QSO's will disappear from my eQSL Inbox
No, they will be confirmed, but still remain in your inbox until you move them to the archive
"Check all confirmed", then "move checked eqsl's to archive"
Quote: they will be Flagged confirmed in LOG4OM...??
I can't tell you anything about LOG4OM.....3rd party software I'm using another logger

Yes, I had noticed the webmaster
still, for :
Quote: I used to be able to see who is active from states I am looking for, that's gone now. I know what you are referring to, but the webmaster told me :
"I will see what happened there. It’s possible I can see why that is no longer available, but I don’t know which screen he was using before."
I remember that we could see the missing states with a link, two lists, most active and most recent ones, something like that...this was a while ago.....I'm a member since 2005. I'll see what I can do to refresh his memory...hi

Hi Danny,
I see that this question remains unanswered... I don't use HRD, not active on QO-100 either, cannot really test it......easily
You'd better put this in the real support ? https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ContactWebmaster.cfm
some AB sat specialists who never check this forum will reply

you can import any adif compliant file Nothing special with QRZ, no mutual acceptance, agreement All the fields that are not common to eqsl will simply be ignored
https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ADIFContentSpecs.cfm
If you upload an adif file from QRZ, the system prompts you to ASK US to add QRZ to our list of loggers Though we tried to add the file signature so that the system recognizes it, it does not work, and the eQSL system keeps asking to add it ..
Anyway, it does not prevent you from uploading your files from QRZ, the upload is accepted, but QRZ is unknown as a logger (rather an online logbook than a logger....)
list of recognized loggers : https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ADIFLoggerInfo.cfm

No issue,
FAQ :
The ADIF tag COMMENT is used for private comments about the QSO. We found out a decade ago that people did NOT want those comments disclosed on their cards! The ADIF tag QSLMSG is designed to be used for QSL Card Comments. That is the one we display on the eQSL card.

Quote: I deleted the offending QSOs That's what I see...
Quote: but the eAward lock is still there. What else can I do? Just notify us, it's not automatic. Done !

Quote: So the solution is to use a /P call sign to operate and do logging, the log will have STATION_CALLSIGN = KG6YJ/P for example, then generate sub-accounts for each different activation (QTH & dates) and upload log into a dedicated sub-account. Is my understanding correct? Correct ! a sub-account for each different location...not necessarily dates. You can set a wide date range and reuse it it, if you reactivate it...
I have seen questions about activation references that do not display in the eqsl comments if you intend the comments to go onto your outgoing eQSLs, they must be in a <QSLMSG> field, not in <COMMENT> (remains private !)
Quote: If then, to upload that portable log to LoTW, you'll need another certificate for the /P call sign, isn't it? Well, I'm not a LOTW support helper, but as a user too, I can reply : yes, two certificates I use F6DKQ and F6DKQ/P
Quote: In another word, previous/older logs without /P suffix doesn't fit eQSL system well, is that correct? Correct, the problem is that you've worked them as KG6YJ , If you create a new KG6YJ/p account, upload the corresponding log, and they have uploaded their own log with KG6YJ, there won't be any match at all they will have to confirm manually...but it's still feasable
The QTH of any eQSL is based on what is stored in the Profile of the sender, not what is stored in the eQSL.
Thus, all eQSLs uploaded into an account must be for QSOs made from that account's QTH.
If you operated portable or mobile with the same callsign as your fixed station, you must create a new attached account for that new QTH and upload logs for that QTH into that account.
There can be no overlapping of dates of operation between any two of the same callsign.
If the new attached account has the same callsign, you should first set the Ending Date in My Profile for the existing account, and then create the new attached account with the correct Start Date.
It would make more sense to use a /P or other callsign indicating portable or mobile during operations, so eQSLs can be more easily delivered into the correct account. But you would have to do this while making the QSO so the sender will use that modified callsign in his uploads.

What is the swl identifier ? if it does not have the green/red boxes, it's usually because you have already confirmed an identical swl report from him, with less than 59 minutes difference.
