2015 forward: eQSL.cc is now located in several data centers Rather than try to describe it to you, let us point you to our provider and the IBM Cloud Data Center page for a better description of our world-class connectivity, power, and operations center support. Our servers are currently located in Dallas data centers, but IBM has facilities around the world, giving us the ability to expand into Europe and Asia as we continue to grow rapidly. Facility where eQSL.cc was located 2004-2010 A small peek into the 30,000 square foot data center where eQSL.cc is located. Power is supplied by 2 separate grids and Internet access is provided by 8 separate companies! A row of cabinets sits on a raised floor. Underneath are all network cables as well as redundant power connections. The network operations center (NOC) on the right is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle any outages, denial-of-service attacks, or other problems, and to perform daily tape backups. 1.5 Megawatt backup generator in case of a failure of BOTH power grids An additional 1 Megawatt backup generator adds to the capacity of the generator above!
