I am still experiencing this problem. Even when I send QSLs properly tagged with all the relevant SAT info, they come back as non-SAT contacts. Is this problem still being worked? Thanks!

The new public profiles are cool but, mine at least, seems to be broken. There is a diagnostic for an SQL error printed out below the row of buttons. Any word on when this will be fixed?

In the Awards section of eQSL, when there is a specfic statee the has not been worked for the eQSL WAS Award, a link is provided to display potential eQSL members from that specific state the could be worked. However, once a the state is worked, the link is no longer available. I would like to see the link remain available so that specific states could still be targeted. Thanks!

... for users that have 1000 confirmed eQLS, cause I finally got there!

I sent a printed eQSL in for the ARRL WAC award and they did not question it. YMMV.

Quote: The uploaded ADIF-File must contain the adif-field <SAT_NAME:5> to show which satelite was operated, not only the uploadfrequency as it is required now. Yes, but my ADIF do contain the <SAT_NAME> field and they are still not counted as SAT contacts.

What happened to the eGrid HF award standings? I see the eGrid Satellite and eGrid UHF but the HF standings aren't there anymore.

You don't. The Archive is where eQSLS that you receive go after you view them.

Consider yourself lucky. I've sent 1868 eQSL and received 317 in return, which works out to about 17%. Any tips you have will be greatly appreciated

A person who is working on eQSL awards might want to check into an eQSL net. When you work someone in a particular state, grid or DXCC you would be assured of getting an AG eQSL. Isn't that what all nets are about?

What is the trick to working ISS? I've tried to work it on two passes the last week or so and haven't heard a peep. I realize they can't make personal contacts all day long, but don't they leave the repeater and/or packet setup running when they aren't using it?

Don't forget to try AO-27 and SO-50. Both can be worked with a HT as well.

In the past, I've been able to upload satellite contacts and eQSL has properly marked them as such. Recently however, eQSL has not been correctly marking uploads as satellite contacts. I haven't changed anything in my upload format. I have gone in and manually marked a few of them but these corrected ones don't appear in the proper category in the Satellite Grid award standings.

Okay then, only 204 to go!

Is there an ETA for rollout of the HF eGrid award? I've got 95 grids so naturally I think the eGrid award should be for 100 grids. ;-P

Is there going to be a CW net?

Quote: WWDX did a great job for me, got some new ones, even if it's still hard work with 10W and attic wires...
Tell me about it. I got about 50 new countries over the weekend. I uploaded all of them yesterday. Looks like roughly half of them are eQSL members. So far I have one confirmed. Looking forward to three or four more!!!

Quote: OK, I won't split hairs with you over a few percentage points, just over a few orders of magnitude in percentage points --- Original message by W3ZJ Rich Drake on Nov 28, 2005 12:30 PM I'm not the OP. I just wanted to chime in about the return rates. I found it interesting that mine the OPs were close. I wonder what the overall return rate for eQSLs is?

Quote: Bye the way I took a look at your Inbox/Outbox ratio and I calculate your response rate as 24.8% not .1%
My eQSL return rate is only 21.1% Now I'm kinda bummed, considering that my return rate for actual cards is 67%. But the bright side is, not counting the (significant) overlap, my overall return rate could be 88.1%!

Quote: Suppose he joins eQSL or obtains his AG tomorrow? New members join every day and new AG's are approved every day. This is a little off the OP but I've been wondering about the answer to this question. If I have QSLs from a non-AG member and later, that non-AG member becomes AG, do all the previous QSLs from that member become AG?
Thanks
